why do fascist NEOCONS strip Americans of their civil rights, and strip Americans of their privacy and freedom and right to a lawyer and right to a trial ??

Fascist and neocon are contradictory terms. A Fascist believes that the state is higher than the people and neocons believe that all countries should be constitutional democracies (in other words the state is meant only to serves people and their rights). My advice is to sort through your definitions before taking it out whatever anger issue you're having on the neocons . . .

We are at WAR, look in a history book, when at war the civil rights have been squeezed a little bit. Both Dem's and Rep's have done it. It is for your safety and you can thank us now or later... whenever you grow up.

Good question....they scream "freedom isn't Free" and then they take away all our freedoms, so what is the point. It shows more balls to keep living the way we were and promote freedom.
The statement "If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear" is cowardly, and completely ignorant of what America stands for.

Its all about controll. And the sad and hypocrit thing about it is most of them wrap themselves up in the American Flag-the very emblem that stands for "the people'and their liberties.
