First of all, I don't think that Texas and Ohio State will meet for the National Championship game. They face off in September in Austin, guaranteeing that one of these schools will have at least one loss. That is enough to keep them out, if any other teams go undefeated.
My pick is Auburn vs. Oklahoma. Both teams are loaded, and this could be the year that All-Day Peterson rushes his way into the history books (and straight into the NFL Draft, consequently). The trio of Brandon Cox, Courtney Taylor, and super-stud RB Kenny Irons will soar through the toughest conference in the nation. An undefeated Tigers team will play for the Championship (unlike 2004).
I like Auburn in that matchup.
But, injuries and upsets are all too common in the NCAA, so it's still a little early to make such bold predictions.
