Gosh, I think you've been watching too many "movies" or too much "TV", huh? That's a little bit "dramatic" don't ya' think? Anyway, if you really feel this way, you need a little bit of "anger management" (not just watching the movie, LOL)!
All places (cities, towns, etc.), now-a-days, have mental health facilities attached to various sources that can help people who manifest too much anger, in any given scenario. Look at "road rage" situations and gain some knowledge in the process!

Generally people get angry for various reasons and express it in different forms. They do something which will let their emotion loose and they can relax.

How we show our anger depends upon what we feel is the worst thing that hurts the other person. In your case, you have a feeling that losing things we love is very hurting, so when you get angry you feel like taking away the things which the people like most. It would hurt them maximum and would give vent to your anger. You feel like you have taken complete revenge.

Actually, what hurts a person is different for different individuals. It depends on several factors. Usually people think from their own perspective. So, even you feel that losing certain things is most hurting and feel like taking and burning such things to show your anger and take revenge on others. thats iy.
anyway, see that your thought remains as thought and doesn't turn in to actions, in case of taking revenge or showing anger.
Good Luck. Bye

Well, I guess it depends why you're angry at them. If it's nothing major, but you dwell on it for days and days, that could be a problem. You need to look at when you started feeling this way and try to figure out if something set you off. You might be holding onto something that caused you pain in the past and use any chance you get to let it out.

Yeah? And your question is?
Fascinating! After leaving my smart a$$ answer above, I read some of the other comments. Man oh man - I want the same P.R. people for my business that the psych people have. They have done a real job on the American people. Issues, shrink, mental hospital, anger management...I say again, WOW!!!

Sounds like you're a controlling, dominating person with low self-esteem. You want to show people that "hurt" you by making you angry that you are more powerful than they are.

You need to come to grips with this and cool off. Very often the people who get you mad are the people who actually care the most about you. Improving your self-esteem would help too.

How long before your thoughts become actions ?
Angry thoughts manifest themselves deep in our
mind and one never knows what may
trigger physical actions.
Perhaps an anger management class would
help you to channel your anger else where.

Wanting to do it and actually doing it are 2 different things. As long as you aren't actually doing the act, it is ok. I mean, you are just letting off steam in you head, and that is healthy. Just promise to seek help if the urge to do the act is so strong that it is hard to NOT do it.

that's how your anger is. Others may be different. Like if i were to get mad at someone, all i want to do is beat the f*** outta em. others may just not talk to them but im just telling your everyones anger is different.

Anger. You need to calm down, count to 10, walk away. Try to have some self control.

...because you and me my friend, are one in the same, spawns of satan himself, brought forth to reign supreme on the petty human race. Bringing pain, agony, and sorrow down upon people is what we do, or maybe your just an angry person. Either way sounds pretty cool...i personally like the first one.
