Absolutely. Sometimes dream content is sketchy: you all see the things that are relevant to the feeling or scene. But you can see color too, if it becomes relevant. And I suppose some people see it more than others.

I always dream in color. Ive never dreamed in black and white, like most people do.

i do all the time. Accually I have never dreamed in black and White. But my aunt says that she only dreams in black and white. So i dont know the reason for people to dream in differant colors. But its one of those facts of life

Yes, this is a weird question. I always dream in color and this doens't make any sense that you're not "supposed" to.

Yes you can dream in colour.
I dream in colour sometimes and sometimes I dream in black and white.
