Hello,Actually i am Using DSL internet connection for the net.But the download rate is too slow,not even 2kb/sec.what is the pbm.
can you guide me?Million of thanks for u if u sloved it asap.

Did you chk ur computer...it might be having a lot of junk files on it...try clearing them...or ur system might be infected with a virus or malware..try running a virus scanner.
Also, did you call the Customer Service @ ur DSL provider...they might be able to help.
Or you can uninstall ur DSL application and try reinstalling it...and see if that helps in solving the problem.

DSL lines are not guaranteed for speed. So it is possible that your line is not very good. You may want to consider cable if it is available. It is about the same price and is more reliable.

it is better u call ur severvice provide of ur broadband, there a sever reasons for this may ur modem is not working properly or may cable a not ok , etc.. so pls call him
