Each time you have sex without a condom with an HIV+ partner, you run the risk of acquiring the HIV virus. The risk depends on the sexual act, and who is doing what. If you were receiving a man's penis in your mouth, and he was infected, there is a very low risk, even if he ejaculates, unless you have any sores in your mouth, bleeding gums, or recent dental surgery. However, the risk is not zero.
Unprotected anal sex is more risky for the person receiving; but the risk is high for both partners.
Unproteced vaginal sex is less risky than anal sex, but is still highly risky.
Always use a condom unless you are in a monogomous relationship and you have both been tested for HIV. Remember that you must wait six months after your last sexual encounter with another person before being tested - it takes that long for the test to be completely accurate.

I am surprized that you should ask this question as unprotected sex puts both partners at risk and bodily fluid exchange can expose you to risk. While AIDS and HIV complex are the greatest danger, they are not the only STD (sexually transmitted diseases) and gonorrhea (or the clap) is still around and more difficult to treat as penicillin is not as effective as it used to be. In one experiment, it was found that the organism causing gonorrhea was still viable on a lipstick-smear drinking glass after many hours. Syphilis is down a bit but it is also a dangerous disease that is very mild in the initial stages and may cause damage to the heart and brain...Al Capone died of syphilis. There is destruction to the bones of the nose so the nose collapses. Then we have trichomonas, and my all time favorite is lymphogranuloma venereum where the glands of the groin swell and begin to seep liquid through ulcerations and then we have condyloma acuminatum which causes warts on the penis and around the anus...and the hits just keep coming...do you think it's wise to have unprotected sex. I am a physician and my best advice would be "Be careful...the life you save may be your own".

You can get Aids the first time you have sex without a condom, if your partner is HIV positive, that is.
Despite what someone else said, comdoms definitely DO protect against Aids and HIV, as long as they are used properly.

it only takes one time to get aids...
if you come into contact with an aids infected person, you have gotten it and there's no turning back.. so i suggest you take protection for yourself and the rest of the people.

If the person you are having unprotected sex with is HIV positive, then you can become infected the first time.
This isn't rocket science here. There is no magic number. If you have unprotected sex with someone, it only takes one time to become infected yourself.....with whatever they have.

Depends on who you're doing it with and whether or not they are infected with HIV or any other STI in the first place.
