ok...my boyfriend and I have been together 1 year today! We both know we will be with each other forever...but I want him to ask me to marry him. How can I get him to?? He's divorced and 33 with 2 boys, I'm 25 with 1 daughter... just to let you know where we stand in life. He told me before that he knows he will marry me one day, but I want it now. I never wanted to get married before, and now I do because I know I love him.I've never been married so I'm excited about it. So does anyone have any advise on how to get him to ask me??? You know what you should do, you should say..."hey sweetie, ask me to marry you"...present it as a joke and then he'll say, "Fine, will you marry me." and then you say "OF COURSE I thought you'd never ask!" it'd be cute and it'd get your point accross.
You know how many times I've called my boyfriend had him answer and quickly say, "hey you, call me right back." he calls me back and I'm like, "hey whats up, thats so nice of you to call! I've been wanting to talk to you all day!"

Duh...If he asked you when you are going to ask him...I would take that as a hint!!! Unless you want him to hit you over the head with a brick instead. Listen, there is nothing wrong with asking the guy to get married. If you are really in love and so is he...what's the problem??? Why does the guy always have to take the chance and ask???
Cook him a great dinner at home...eat...and after you are through and ready for desert. Undress and put a big bow around yourself and walk out and give him the best desert a guy can ever get. Then after you are both sweaty and satisfied and lying in each other's arms...whisper in his ear...I Love you! Will you marry me so we can do this every night?
