I need some ideas on what to do for my four year old little boys birthday! Any suggestions?

If he likes pirates, they have Pirates of the Caribbean themed, plates, cups, etc, or just generic cartoon ones. You could have a treasure hunt for them.
I have done a Harry Potter, Spongebob, Clifford, parties. Also McDOnalds or Chuck E Cheese is good.

have a spongebob birthday party w/ a matching cake cups, plates and get a moonwalk with a spongebob on it, then get a spongebob piniata
then for a some game shave a water balloon fight

Have a superhero themed party or a pirates theme. Little boys love that!

A party with other kids, a lot of sandwiches and juice,a big cake and maybe a clown to entertain all the kids :)

I would start by setting your theme ..his fave cartoon etc ..Have it somewhere they can run off all the energy and sugar lol..a park or tumblestation mc donalds play ground and makes for easy clean up ..good luck!

Just throw a theme based party with a particular dress code and you along with all your guests and your children will enjoy it..

Rent one of those inflatable castles and get some clowns or a magician, they r gonna luv it!! Of course don't forget the junky food!

what cartoon characters is he into right now? you need to pick a theme, then u could go from there. a good one right now would be superman - its out in the movies and all!!
