i'm just asking and also are thier two drummers in it and a dj recording and a piano and uses repetition what do think of the pitch

Strage question. If you want to hear a different version of the theme, Orbital do a song called "Doctor?" and it's a dance version of the theme. It's excellent.

Just for the record...Dr. Who is the best programme on TV!!

I think that the tempo is 2/4 so 2 beats in the bar

No. It's 4/4 I think. Don't know the answers to your other questions. A guy called Ron Grainer wrote it........in the early 1960s. Google him.
