Here are some REALLY good, and very inexpensive ways to treat most acne at home. Try each method (unless you’re allergic to the ingredients) until you find one that works best for you. Good luck =) BTW, I know some of these may sound bizarre but try them…what have you got to lose other than the acne!!
1. Put toothpaste on your acne before going to bed. (Make sure it is paste not gel). It should reduce the swelling of acne noticeably.
2. Dab egg whites on your acne and leave on for 20 minutes or overnight. It’s supposed to pull the infection out of the blemish.
3. Wash acne infected areas twice a day with warm salt water. This reduces oils in the skin and helps to dry the acne up without further agitation.
4. Use ice on acne before going to bed. This works best on pimples that have not yet formed a head. It reduces swelling and helps to prevent scarring.
5. Wash and dab acne with cotton balls that have been soaked in vinegar. Let dry; do not wash off immediately.
6. Place strawberries leaves over your acne and the alkalinity will help to reduce the swelling.
7. Try taking salmon oil supplements (found in health food stores and vitamin shops).
*Always drink plenty of water, eat healthy foods and get exercise.

I don't know what a sudhir is, but I can tell you what to do with your acne. I suffered with acne from 12 to 16. It was a horrible experience and I made it through with help from a dermatologist. I went faithfully for 2 years every weeks for treatments, then as I got older at 14, I went every month. At 16, my body was begining to change again and the acne began to fade.
My derm prescribed antibiotic pills, popped my pimples, freezed them off my face, and prescribed medication. I had to use special soap and lotion. It worked for me.
So my advice to you is go to the derm and don't use home or holistic remedies. You are too young and your body will go through alot of changes and holistic might not be the best bet. Teens go through this and you will eventually grow out of it.
You and others might not agree, but I am only telling you from my experience.

Time may be the best solution. There are all sorts of creams, soaps and urban myths to get rid of pimples, but just keep washing your face regularly and wait for your body to grow out of it. Excess dirt and stuff, puberty, not sure what the connection is, but your body will probably deal with it over a few weeks, or even months.

See a good dermatologist, if he diagnosis acne, ask him to prescribe you Roaccutan. It will stop the sebaceaous glands from being overactive and clogging your pores.
Apart from that you can use a gentle TCA cleanser, and an oil-free day creme.
You can purchase those products from a website where I buy from personally. In order to avoid any unneccessary purchases, write there first and ask which products they recommend for your skin type, they won't talk you into buying a whole lot of stuff, but furnish you with useful information and recommendations.

when i was in 2nd year high school i used to have billions of pimples. you could never spot a place where there is no pimple.
what i did was i wash my face with warm water (the warmest temperature you can endure) and after that i put a papaya sap on my face. this is extremely itchy but endure it. let it dry quick coz as long as the sap is still wet it will itch so bad. let it stay overnight. do this for 1 week or more. It really dried my pimples and cured them off.
papaya sap is the whitish liqid that comes out of the young green papaya. if you cut the papaya crosswise, you would notice a white sap that oozes out. put this directly on your face. this sap is not present on ripe ones. choose the green ones.
it worked to me. i hope it will work for you too.

Wash your face 2-3 times a day and keep your hands out of your face. Drink lots of water and stay away from greasy foods like chips, fried foods, pizza and candy.

i'm 16. and i dont get as much but when i do i usually:
wash 3-4 times a day
Wash my face one in the morning, once after school, once after shower and before bed after brushing my teeth. To me it disappears in about 2-4 days. i recommend do NOT squeeze it and dont itch it.
Smile and Take Care.
