I just recently got a Tentanus-Diphtheria vaccine for 7th grade. The nurse said it would be tender and hurt for a few days but last night I realized that the pain had spread to my collarbone and neck.

What's going on? What should I do?

Call the nurse or Drs office back & tell them what's happening so that they can advise you.
