What is the different of SD RAM,DDR RAM, DDR 2 RAM and SIMM DDR RAM?

SDRAM is 168 pins and comes in 66, 100 and 133 speeds. DDR is 184 pins and comes in 200, 266, 333 and 400 speeds. DDR2 is another type of DDR, it comes in 533 speed among others I cannot think of at the moment. There is no SIMM DDR, you may be thinking of SODIMMs which are used in Laptops.
