Nair does not recommend using their product on your pubic area, given the sensitivity of the skin.
There are products out there that can help... and I would look up Male Depilatory Creams on the internet... but shaving is still one of the best ways to go.
Gotta be careful though... getting a nick down there is nasty stuff.
Afterwards, to reduce the razor burn, and prevent bumping... put a little neosporin or polysporin on the area for a few hours... it works as a moisturizer, and prevents the burning.
Have fun!

Use a razor, but go slow and don't try to get it all off at once, try shaving every day for a few days.

Dont try out that. Let the hairs grow. Its only for protection. If needed trim them, that will look cool.

You've pretty much eliminated all of your options. I can understand your concern, but if you plan on "mowing the field", your going to be taking some kind of risk.
