bought and use this 6708 abt 2 mths now. perfect for what's been mentioned in the sales pitch. Mine never hang. Got it connected to my notebook and downloaded MP3s and office data to the phone. Work well. Got it connected to internet and it works though hard to read (need scrolling a lot). This 6708 is a lot better than my old HP iPAQ 6365! worth every penny
