I agree. He is a legend in his own mind. He wants to change the world's perspective single-handedly, but he is just another self-serving egomaniac using his celebrity status to run his mouth.

No. He is the best frontman in rock N roll and uses his celebrity to actually try to change the world for better. Sure you might get sick of seeing him, but man that guy goes way above and beyond the call of duty.

He sucks. I wish the band would kick him to the curb, then I could enjoy their music again. His big mouthed hatred of the American people makes me turn off the radio when I hear his voice.

Personally I have never met Bono. I can't say that he is over rated, he never over promoted him self. (Tom Cruise sucessfully did it.)

No, I think he was at one time, an icon. But I do think he's played out. I love their new music better than their old stuff though. You can mix it with dance beats better.
