Are you sure its you? Could be your boyfriend is the one not working.
See a specialist.
But above all be calm, hopefully when you had those abortions you were given after care and an examination by a doctor afterwards - any potential problems should hopefully have been spotted at that time.
MOST importantly do not beat yourself up over choices you made years ago.
Good luck x x x

Personally I don't believe in abortion but in good contraception, but would never question another person's right to choose. I can't get over the abuse you are getting on here, I'm so sorry!
It is possible that your abortions could have damaged your body, but hopefully not in this day and age with decent medical care. You really should go and see your doctor and get checked out. Sometimes though, there can be nothing wrong with either party and it just doesn't happen. Good luck...

Well honey everyone makes mistakes I dont believe in abortions but to each his own I think that when it is time it will happen for you but I do know that I have heard that it is possible for an abortion to mess things up inside so my advice is to go to a fertility specialist and see if they can run some tests and see what they can do for you GOOD LUCK I know you will have beautiful babies

talk to your doctor . tell them you are trying to get pregnant , be completely open and honest about your past . let them know how long you have been trying too.
NOW as far as people on here who are judgemental .... pay no attention to them or their comments , they do not know you , your situation when you had the abortions , and they are not the ones who was there . you may have just opened up yourself to alot of hatered from others , just ignore it , alot of people will point fingers at someone else when they themsleves have skeletons in their closets .
good luck and best wishes

Lets just say, I have had a shaky past. We tried for 4 years for children and now have 2 girls. I had to go through all the blood tests to check for ovulation, and even my husband had to have sperm tests etc and the problem turned out to be my husband not me. He had to have minor surgery to correct it.
Don't take any notice of what the previous posters have said, they don't know you and they don't know jack about your circumstances.
I'm sure your boyfriend will understand.

How long have you been trying? If its longer than 6 months I would recommend you and your boyfriend see a GP. You can have tests done which will tell you if there are any problems. If you have been on contraception for a long time, this can sometimes delay your body returning to normal.

Perhaps subconsciously you are recalling the abortions and the thought is not allowing you to relax, enjoy lovemaking, and therefore conceiving. Perhaps going away on holiday, and totally relaxing will do the trick for you both.

well, you killed 2 people, I would say it's fair. I could see making a mistake in highschool once, but twice? Condoms and BC are free for teens, ya know? How many people are waiting to adopt and you just throw yours away like a shirt you don't like.

You talk to your doctor. It could be that EITHER of you have fertility problems. The doctor might suggest your boyfriend getting tested first as it is less intrusive and you have a good previous fertility track record.
