As a parent, I thoroughly despise the slang and gratuitous profanity that passes for language among today's school aged youth. Therefore, I commend you for your grasp of written communication. However, Bob, if the pedantic manner, the meticulous use of grammar and vocabulary you have employed to pose this query, is representative of the way you address your peers, perhaps the only soul likely to notice you amongst the denizens of that edifice of education you are attending is a fanatic English teacher. Good grief, kid, lighten up and talk to your classmates on their level . . . and don't correct their speech.

only if you believe you don't exist. there is life after school. all the popular kids i went to school with found out after school ended that they were just regular people and no longer the "superstars". some took it pretty rough. i, however, being an invisible person in my later years at school, fared a lot better than most of them. didn't need other people to tell me i was special / okay. made my own life. now i'm married with a son and being a mom is the biggest "superstar" role i can imagine. treat yourself well, screw the rest.

i sooo feel u.i have been ignored all my life and had to do hectic things to get attention,the only person who ever notice me was my dad and now that he's gone...i am on my own...and its not necessarily a bad thing coz i am not a needy person and have been forced to love myself...the brighter side of being invisible-self love!!
