My wife of 3 years and high school sweetheart deccided to have a huge ongoing fight with me back in 05 , left my home to live on her own in May 05. Started another relationship rightaway and Now sued me for divorce. Any advice on my stand in the court..

get a lawyer.u have a good case she left u so there should not be much divesion of assets.

It really depends on what state your in, each state varies with divorce laws. Like NJ is a 50/50 no fault state so everything gets divide down the middle no matter what. Look up your state laws and talk to a lawyer. Yes, he might cost money but he might end up saving you lots of money too.

I am not a legal beagle but since she sued I believe the burden of proof or the reasons why she has to prove. I would chat with some one form legal aid regarding this. And keep your nose clean this is one time what is good for the goose is good for the gander dose not apply.

Souns like she'a a tuff cookie, like's to have that kind of life style and fight, be happy you guys not together anymore, do you have any children, if yes I feel sorry for them, hang on there, there is a perfect example of selfishness. Have couple of good friends around you, you need a Lot emotional support!

You can tell the judge she cheated (proof if any will help) and also that she committed adultery..
