I will be taking vaction in Mid September. Where should I go and whats special about it ?

I was going to go to Lebanon on my break, but thats out with the war going on. So now my choices are Croatia, Macedonia, The Phippines and Latvia. What do you think or any other places you may are thinkinng about !

Go to Turks & Cacois Islands, the Bahamas or Jamaica
All inclusive water sports land sports and meals
Via Sandals.

Any big city where there is culture. I liked Toronto. Castleloma is a nice place to visit.
