A hell of a lot of pollution, urine, cigerette buts, sweat and bacteria.
It would reak one hell of a lot.
It would be an environmental hazard and for miles out, would look like used bath water.
Your human waste x 6,000,000,000 gives you some idea of the extent of that sort of waste.
The coast area would get warmer because of the body heat and the sea bed may become so disrupted that the erosion changes the land formation at the coasts.
The water would be increadably dirty.
Good enough explination?

If I had to speculate, I'd guess that the only thing different would be that some people would be mad that they had to swim at 3:00am while other people were getting to swim at noon. Especially if those 3am swimmers had to work the next day. Now if all those swimmers decided to P in the ocean at the same time.... ?? CATASTROPHIC!! ;-)
