go back to horse & carriage. I know I can feed a horse cheaper than I could feed my car

I went to buy gas this morning and at my local BP it was $2.95, when just last week it was $2.89. Ohh, I was angry. I couldn't afford the silver so I went for the regular, which was 2.85 but you know that stuff.. Not as much octane. I have to drive 30 miles to get to college and work, and it's horrible on gas. My car has good milage, but that doesn't save me from spending half of my paychecks on gasoline.
Before long I'll have to move closer to where I work and go to school I guess and then maybe I'll ride a bicycle.

Walk to work I guess. Public transit isn't a cost effective solution for me. I would be spending more for transit than I was driving by myself, and I would be spending FAR more for public transit now that I'm car pooling. To go from Hillsboro Blvd to Cypress Creek on the Tri Rail would be 3$, one way. That's one gallon of gas. I get 30-38 MPG. I have to commute 17 miles. You do the math. That's not counting bus fare or missed time from work due to the TriRail being late, as it usually is, or the busses being late, as they usually are, or the bus breaking down, which they do frequently.

Many people on the bubble, myself included are having to make tough decisions regarding this issue.. I am walking more, getting on the bicycle for those trips around home that I used to rely on my car. Car pools, mass transit are all seeing increased ridership with the higher prices of fuel. Seems like what we'll do is continue to suffer and hopefully adapt

...I think not. I've come up with a general study; way to change things around here.. IE: The U.S. Screw fuel.. we don't need it...

I have developed a new method of energy in a go-kart.. Now.. if I could only find strong enough materials to produce the required amount of energy to accelerate a larger mass (vehicle).

The method is.. as follows, my energy formula.. I have invented a way for automobiles to accelerate/ decelerate accordingly without the use of fuel. Oil, however can be replaced by bio-oxidants with respects to compressors...the energy theory that has succeeded in my go-kart experiment operates between a scientific method of theory with respect to grand theory of natural forces and resistance with the use of magnetic levitation in governed flutuations in electromagnetism.

Perhaps this is how I will get so filthy rich-- as I've been told, that is my only route-- as to amount to anything on the Presidential ballot in the next 10 years.

Wish me luck... you're going to wish I have it.

--Good Day...

Prioritize. Stop wasting money on unneccessary stuff. I.E. Alcohol, cigarettes, junk food, tv, computer games, magazines, brand name clothes or shoes, etc.

Sure, why not? People in other countries do it! Ride a bike, jog, use a scooter, pogo stick, what ever is clever.

Maybe you should just go back to school and learn a little sentence structure.
