Nah, theyre used to all the blood n guts, and theyd know all the tactics the movie murderers r usin, so they wouldnt even jump
Plus, they would get their ideas from the movies
Theyd see someone getting hung by barbed wire n think

No, its the other way around, movies gets their ideas through real life murderers.
And yes, murderers probably gets scared while watching horror films. They're also humans you know.

they wet their beds in the middle of the night because of it and when their friends find out that they wet themselves, they dare them to murder people, noone is ever murdered on purpose, it's all just a game that bad people with bladder problems play with each other.

I think they like the movies until the end when the murderer get's stabbed/shot/set on fire/arrested/buried then they probably get the heebie jeebies!!
