If ur askin bout yahoo mail. It is because new yahoomail uses Ajax, same as google earth. It has some such issues.

Sorry no have the back button.The only way is press reset button or alt+ctrl+delete for restart it.Well when you want to format need to put start up disk and software CD to make it easier to install your program.When you want to format type format.exe and if you want to install the software then type setup then the computer will automatically to install your software.
