Only the company that gave you the e-mail address can help you. and MOST TIMES they WON'T!

Legally No one can help you.
It is YOUR responsibility to remember your password!
This is also an illegal question, It is against Federal law to solicit information for the purpose of acquiring a password. (even your own, because we have know way of knowing if it is really yours) Giving out this information over the net, and not in person is also a violation of the Law.
But your question might be an honest mistake so it was not reported.

You can't. Yahoo will not give it to you without that information. Create a new account and forget about it.

There is no telephone number for yahoo to call and plead with the tech support for free accounts. If you email them they will just tell you that you must remember that question.
