Maybe you could write about how they actually work - what is being done to reduce the amount of pollution/gas intake.

Compare the advantages and disadvantages of a hybrid to a regular car.

Go to a local car dealership that sells hybrids and ask for any promotional materials to help.

Well, there are different types of hybrids...you could do a comparison of the system that chevy uses for it's truck, vs the 'pusher' motors that lexus is using in the 400h, vs the honda and toyota versions.

you could do a writeup on the true environmental impact on hybrids...they aren't necessarily as environmentally friendly as they seem. like how many miles it takes before you recoup the cost. the 'dust to dust' impact (production and disposal cost of a hybrid vs a regular car). make an argument either for or against buying a normal small commuter car as a better choice.

just some ideas.

you can make a comparrison of the different aspects of hybrids verses gasoline verses biofuels. highlight the good and bad points of all hybrid types of vehicles. hybrid use electric motors to aid the gasoline engines to achive optimum distance per gallon of fuel. bio fuels like biodiesles are diesles mixed with soybean oil the reduce the amount of fuel needed to make the vehilce operate here in ohio they sell a 80/20 mix soy diesle mix E-85 fuels are corn alchohole mixed with gasoline. these types of fuels all stem from the creation of hybrid vehilces. you also might want to include in your report the price ranges of the different types of vehilces. electric hybrids are fairly exspensive. hydrogen hybrids are very exspensive. E-85 and biodiesles run approximatly the same price as conventinal vehilces. also the goverment gives incometax benifits to people who own vehilces that use alternitive fuels as well as hybrids.

"on no account do at present what you may placed off till day after today." Do it at present. Oh, it quite is uninspired? you obtain the weekend to bathe it up. while you're frightened that it will not be "inspired" then you extremely at the instant are not basically fascinated in dropping some form of subject on the instructor's table just to assert you probably did an essay. Write up as much as you may at present, permit issues settle, and paintings it over, print it out, and turn it in Monday.
