There is a good chance she can be pregnant and just not enough hcg level can be detected yet. Tell her to take another test about 2 days before her period is due again. Also if it is still negative try a test again 2 days after she is suppose to get her period if she doesn't get it by then. It sounds like she had sex right around the time she would be ovulating if she is regular. good Luck!

it was too early for the test. She should do it again in a week or 10 days. However, if she still doesn't get her period, she should get a blood test.
Having unprotected sex on the 12th might have gotten her pregnant, that was a "dangerous" day for unprotected sex if she's not actively seeking to have babies.
The symptoms, however, might also be caused by her period that's coming.
Tell her not to freak out (I know it's hard). That might also delay her period.

If it's too early to test, then it's also too early to be having signs of pregnancy. The same hormone that is detected in pregnancy tests (both professional and home tests) is what causes early signs of pregnancy. If she doesn't get a positive home test, she could go for a blood test, which is more accurate.

If the dates you'r giving are correct, she took the test too soon. Unless she has a shortened cycle, she is due for her period tomorrow. If she doesn't start then she should take the test again.
Alot of pregnancy symptoms can mimic PMS symptoms, so what she may be feeling could just be her period on it's way.

i personally think it is best to wait until a week after a missed peroid to take a test.
why ? not all women ovulate at the same time , and if she ovulates later in her cycle then it may take a bit longer for the hormone to show up.
worrying about being pregnant [ am i or not] can delay a cycle . also some test are different as to how much hormone has to be in your system to pick up a positive result .

i think she should wait 5 days after the 29th then test again, or make an appointment at a pregnancy help center they do thenm free there, if still no period and still negative then go to the doctors, it should show up then though because mine did within seconds. shemay be pregnant i had the same symptoms

You answered your own question. She is doing another test today that is the best idea.
There is a good chance she is pg. or if she is extremely worried about it that could cause problems with her cycle.
