Well, what if both the Red Sox and the Yankees don't make it to the World Series? It could be either one or maybe it will be the Tigers, White Sox, A's or Blue Jays. You're right, we will see whos where in October.

It was another great win last night, it is good to see that our offense is picking up again, because once we start scoring 7 or 8 runs every night, we are going to cruise to the division. I do not even care that the Yankees are only 2.5 games behind us, because when we take 4 out of 5 when they come to Boston in September, that is when the division will be won. Coco looks to be coming around and Manny seems to want to make a run at Big Papi for interstellar dominance.

Anyone who thinks any NL team will win the world series is on crack...NL has become a lesser division...it's where we breed talented players until they're ready for the AL...to think Mets have any shot at winning is ludicrous

if they make it and beat the Yankees that will be a miracle and if they do make it to the world series they will lose like they did in 86 between the legs of BIG PAPI and usually you would have him DH but your first basemen is injured and then everybody boos him worst then Yankee fans do like me /yanks in 06
