New World Order really referenced the demise of the Soviet Union and a hope that tensions in the world would subside some because of it. It was a promising idea. One that saw years of peaceful times, but generally the Muslims saw an opportunity to expand as a result of a weaker Europe as The Soviets gave way to a group of conflicting third world states battling with running a democracy and the lack of direction from France, Italy and Germany.

Bush's "New World Order" would be structured around a king, himself, would would live in a gingerbread palace and never have to do "Hard Work" again. All nations would bow to his " awsomatudinity", even the "Greasions" and the "Spanards" and all other Mexican speaking nations. Everyone would find Jesus and he would be George's pal and all the really cool rich people would own beach front property in North Texas.

It was Bush SENIOR who coined that phrase during his term in office. He had the rather idealistic notion of all countries (USA included) becoming subservient to a world wide ruling council that would settle disputes in place of going to war. In other words, it would be the UN on steroids.
