How about the following:
1. euthanasia, and a related topic known as "pulling the plug"
2. abortion
3. genetic engineering
4. surrogate motherhood
With any of these, you wouldn't have to probe much to spot the moral issues.

Well, there's the old standby -- euthanasia. Or the rather new topic of the role of medical personnel in carrying out executions.
