I understand what you are asking, and why you mentioned the fact that they are black. Gonna assume that you yourself are black?
Getting these slangers arrested will only increase the young black population in jail, right?
That doesn't justify the illegal and destructive activity (not by any stretc of teh imagination), but will having them locked up REALLY solve the issue at stake?
Drug dealing, gang banging, teen moms, these are all symptoms --they are not the problem. The key is to identify the source(s) of these syptoms; the catalyts that keep generating these sniffs and sniffles.
They EXPECT you to call the cops on them. What they don't expect is for you to reach out and help them and love them and show them alternatives to that lifestyle.

I don't think thats a good idea.
If you report them someone else will just take over there spot.
Its a on going thing.
I remember the kids on my block shotting (selling) weed when they where 13-14 years old.
Now there in there mid 20's working doing the 9-5 bit.
There still shotting.
And what happens if they find out it was you that repoted them.
Take it from me i used to sell drugs.
Now i'm a father!!!
I know how there world turns.

Post a large sign at the biginning of your block, huge letters if you can find a board large enough, put on the sign "Drugs For Sale" and list the address they are at. There will be so many people calling the police you won't have to do anything else. It works, I did it in another area that I lived in.

How do you know for sure they are drugs dealers ? Are you saying that because they are Black? White people have drugs too you know. And if drugs are being sold on your block the color of a person's skin has no bearing and the act is wrong Period. You should tell the police if they don't already know. Many do.
And PLEASE ! STOP STEREOTYPING! It makes you look like a racist. And that is ugly!!!!!!!!!!!

If they are friendly enough to talk to without getting hurt, warn them to stop thier business first! Be sure to bring a friend with you when you talk to them, and keep an even closer eye on them afterwords, because they might keep dealing, just more secretly.

yes, but go across town, make it an anonymous call. give the address and relevent information if you don't stop it now, it will become worse. you will have drive by shootings and other's trying to take over this area.

Take it to your parents first and let them handle it if you are underage. If not do it anonymously so that no harm comes to you and good luck and be safe people like that are usually not to be messed with. :-0
