I have Heard that eating just protien rich diet helps burn carbohydrates and fats while still providing energy.
Eat kilos of protiens. like egss, meat, dal, pulses, etc.
But be careful, it should br followed once a week at max.
It gives U instant result by reducing 2-3 kg at that particular day.

Sleep, eat and exercise...
Sleep---> Sleep at least 7 hours a day....
Eat ---> less carb and more vegetables...Eat breakfast...Don't skip meals..eat when only necessary.
Exercise---> Take stairs instead of lift. Take a walk instead of driving. Go to the gym. Everyday!!

eat lots of fruits and drink lots fo water ( 10 litres minimum daily)

it will make you fit and reduce all the unwanted fat. you also may try having a glass of water with half a lime in it, slightly warm.

take low calorie diet. Start jogging atleast 30 minutes every morning

drink plenty of water , exercise and diet...also before you undergo any sort of exercise regime, you should check your doc to make sure everything is okay, healthwise..good luck.
