put it under the people that u block and it will just go under bulk then u just have to delete it

Either change your email address or go to the settings in your email and block all mail from people u dont know and put people onmthe list that you will except emails from...
Also stop signing up to things with your email addy!

report the email as spam so that the next time u get an email from that particular address, the email will be automatically deleted before it reaches ur inbox.
Alternatively, you can also manually blocy the email addresses by selecting the settings option.

its really nice question. it depends on the mail service which your using. for example if your using yahoo mail service, service providers are provided few options to stop unwanted mails from unknown users. so better you come with sharp details, i mean mention your mail service details also. go to options above your mail box and click on block adresses then put that email adress in that box, if you keep getting mail from the same place for example @somewhere.com, just put "somewhere.com" in there and you will block all unwanted mail from that site.

if you mark it as spam it blocks the address, sometimes u can go into certain emails and theres a opt out or remove at the bottom of them thats what i do

What email program are you using? What's your email domain? If it is from one sender it is easy coz on webmail you have the options to add it block addresses list and on client email softwares you can add it the block list....
