It appears to me that the responsibility belongs to the lunatic, murderous Islamic terrorists who want to kill the infidels based on the braining they have received all of their lives through their 'religion'. If the Muslims would leave other people alone their would be no war.

Religious fanatics, Israel, Hezbollah, USA and basically, you know something its never a country that starts a war but always the administration in it at that time and a few religious fanatics who create their own beliefs and make others believe in their twisted tenets.
