Definitely North West Europe. With no intention of being bias;
I think the Danish, Norwegian and Scottish are very pretty. They are very feminine unlike the butch look you get elsewhere.
The Dutch, Germans form the North, and French from the North would be the next bet. They've got better height.

I like the US because we have women of all nationalities coming together. I have done a little traveling and i have found that every country has it's share of beautiful and (less beautiful) people. My favorites are Australia, Japan, Sweden, Iceland, Spain and Hawaii(US). Italians are great when they are young but the pasta catches up with them. I also do love those Russian women who have the really light eyes (almost white).

i think that most of the prettiest girls are hispanic, and even though most people say brazilian or spanish girls (from spain) are prettiest i think all hispanic women look alike, i mean there might be slight differences between the countries but not too noticable... and i think theyre the prettiest because most of them have nice naturally tanned skin and theyve generally got the most curves
