I understand your question (unlike some others) but sorry I don't have an answer.
If I can put my two penneth in, I'm dead against these companies. When are people going to accept that an accident is just an accident? People suing the council for tripping over a kerb? How can anybody be liable except for the person who should've been watching where they were going? I'd like to know too where all the money comes from.

Doesn't the Law Society publish stuff like that? I'm afraid you are in for a long spell in the Law Library of your local university. Sounds like a pound or so of coffee will be needed as well.
