It sounds like you want the security of this job until you have something definate to go into. Have you thought about getting educated in maybe a diploma (secretly) while working and then once you've done that, go into business for yourself.

Or, just get a new job that you know you'll enjoy and have security.

If you are that unhappy, why not go out and look for another job? It's hard enough to go to work each and every day, let alone being unhappy. Stay where you're at for now, but go looking. I'm sure there are other jobs around....and you may even find one that you like.....one that you enjoy going to every day. Good luck in finding "the perfect job"!!!!

Find out what type of job you really like and go for it. If you are not qualified then, take additional courses to achieve your goals but hold onto the job you've got until that time. Good Luck!

Continue, be contented with what u have and where u r, u r at a good position. I mean u r better than others, just try to coupe up with the situations. Do, ur best and leave the rest up to God. Dont expect anything from any one. Free your self from the chains, u r tied up urself. Keep patience, and keep ur family needs in your mind and continue ur job, dont leave it at any cost.

Try to find the causes of your unhappyness.
If you cant improve the situation, change the job - should not be difficult.

Work is work, it is not life. Your family is your life. If you are very unhappy though, here is my suggestion. figure out what you want to do career-wise and start finding a job. In the mean time keep working there. they can't forbid you to look for other work. They can't fire you for that either.
