i dont know what should i do im very sad

Sounds like depression.People go through this all the time.If your depressed you will not like things anymore that you used to,you will most likley be withdrawn from family and friends,be very sad and emotional,lack of appetite,cant sleep.Alot of people fall into depression if something major happens in there life such as loss of a loved one,financial worrys or just to much stress.I suggest you go see your dr right away before things become to serious.They would either send you to counceling to find out what problem is or prescribe you an anti depressant.I hope all will be ok with you and wish u best of luck

basically it can be a number of things. bi-polar, depression, short temper, even A.D.D. can contribute to frustration. I had the same problem since i was about 9 or 10 years old. I was in therapy and on meds for all sorts of stupid crap. when i was 17 i joined the army and as comical as it sounds that was the first step in the right direction for me. I finally learned control and also had a way to exert my anger in a way that was viewed as positive and motivational by my peers. after that it took a couple of years of trying different meds to help me since my problem was derived from a chemical imbalance that gets passed down in my family hereticly. Eventually my army doc had me try sertaline (Zoloft), trazadone and aderol XR. Now my moods change less frequently and not as easily as before. Now i am 20 years old, married with a child on the way (so excited!) and my career is rocketing forward. granted it took 10 years of trying different things to finally find something that works so it takes a lot of patience but when you have hit bottom and picked a shovel and started digging, the only way to look is up. You have all the time in the world. I never thought it was possible but here I am, the happiest I have ever been in my life.

well im not a professional but obviously something has happened to make you feel like this and it could be some things that have happened in your life and over time and it is probably not just one thing,You are depressed and you are lost and dont know what to do and how long have you felt this way?My suggestion to you is seek some professional help it is out there but dont let this go on too long without getting help ok?Get on the phone right now or go to someone a close friend,parent,or pastor,and of course a doctor or someone that deals with this and dont put it off this is your life and you dont want to loose it good luck to you cc

This is a form of depression which comes out of not being appreciated to the level you expected, also it arises from experinces which in your mind are failures due to you not being able to permorm well. Mostly it is transient , if this stays for long medical help becomes must. At present you should go for long walks or beter still for jogs , that stimulates your body and visual experinces during movement dislodge the clouded feeling. Brain on exersise releases endorphins which make you feel well.

Take a walk and pick out everything along the way that is pretty, or smells good. Anything that makes you smile. Before you know it you will be smiling and some one who is feeling low will smile back at you.

It's either that or walk out on your back porch and scream at the top of your lungs untill you have no air left to scream with.

The second one usually works best for me.

Hi friend, i think, you are in critical life stage now. Don't bother about any thing. Take it easy the life , how it comes.

Urgent advise to you is go to the meditation class. That will realy work on you.

hey man whats wrong with you....stop getting depressed as life has so much to offer. dont be sad...forget the past ...move ahead with a smile not with a frown...meet lively people, go for a movie, join a laughter club.. be happy & positive..

get a hobby. stop thinking about so much crap and clear your mind. focus on what you can do to improve yourself. and for gods sake don't worry about what others think of you. keep to your standards and to hell with everyone elses. if you are not happy no one around you will be happy with you.
