Most definitely Scent of a woman!!!!!!Much more intriguing!!Meet Joe Black is stunning but a little too unrealistic.It's basically just stunning because Brad is in it!

Man, that's a toughie. They were both great for their time. I would have to say Scent of a Woman though, it's still great after all these years. Plus the relationship between the guys was great, and then it had a nice side love story.
Meet Joe Black is still cool but could be kind of cheesy now a days.
