when i was a child (6 or 7) once we were in wood i thought i'd seen one ... it was like a white flash movin on the surface of trees
it could be any thing but that time i supposed it was a ghost

Yes, a woman in a long white dress. Not to mentinon I have felt their presence and not seen some as well. And there are always these weird noises and things not related to having animals in the house.

My youth group went on a midnight visit to a "haunted" bell tower and we thought we saw a ghost (a curtain moved- definitely NOT the wind) and we tore out of there as fast as we could.
Later, we found out it was a prank done by our group leaders.
