"trzy kafki" is a cheapest hotel in the old part of the city, where you probably want to stay
on this website you can also find information for tourists, some places to eat and rest, some basic polish words and other useful stuff
about Prague, i know that "hotel Anna" has nice opinion and it is cheap, but not in the centrum-if you're interesting in living in old town check "7 angels residence" on the same website- it's a little
bit more expensive but exactly in centrum

Prague is one of the towns worth-visit and to accomplish this you can begin preparing your vacation with hotelbye . Beginning with the charming area around the Prague Castle or the Strahov monastery with its exceptional selection and finish with …the complete wonderful city, Prague is simply incredible. In Prague you can also visit the little home where Franz Kafka labored or the lovely Prague Castle gardens from where you can have a unique see of the city with its picturesque red roofs. In this city you'll never get bored. If you should go throughout the spring you may find the spring woods in bloom; in the summertime you might find extended dusks; autumn provides you with colorful leaves and unique mild and in the winter you will like the whole town protected with innocent white snow.

Hotel RT Regent in Krakow is really nice and the staff are brilliant. It's a five minute walk to the castle and about a 15minute walk to the town square. If you don't fancy that there's always the trams.
