married 2 years, an affair ended it, she left and then came back promissed to live happily w/me, and then broke up, because of him not leaving us alone, he got me deported of the US, he planed everything out, he's way older than me and an army dude. I was detained by immigration for 3 months trying to win my case of staying with my wife and soon to be born child
, she supported me and was very eager to get me out of detention and live happy the way we used to, but he got missed up things from her past that she's mentally instable and sent them to court. so I'm deported. After he got rude of me, he influenced her again, telling her the baby was his and he's sure of it. she decided to stick to him instead, before birth she had fight with him and and called many times promissing and B.S., 3 months after birth again he harrased her till she agreed to be back to him. I lost my way of life, my wife and my angel little girl. I can either kill him cold, or do something else with life???

"Living Well Is The Best Revenge" I can only imagine how much that has hurt, and I have been through some pretty bad stuff lost evrything in another way. #1 she cheated on you, #2 your daughter maybe his as well
#3 you seem to be hearing this from her side only he made me do this he called etc etc. how many times did she call him? What did she tell him about you? Think about it, count your blessings she is his problem now. Life is streched out for you second chance at it. A new wife, a new life. If you kill him or her you close a major door on your own life, the pen is not a place to live the next 20+ years..nothing good will come from it. Move on start again without the nightmares and next time you marry find someone that will truley love you a real partner. Live well!

I'm not sure the entire story is being presented here. It sounds to me like he is/was protecting her from something. You can't just get deported that easily unless some charges have been pressed against you. I am getting the feeling that maybe the manipulating is not being done by him, but by you. Sorry, but your story doesn't sound entirely plausible-yet. I'd like to hear her side of the story, and then his. And it could very well be his child. Has a DNA test for paternity been done? No one can "talk" another person into leaving someone if they are truly in love with that someone.
...Something's missing here...and I bet we'll never know. Revenge is stupid. Move on.

Why would you want to throw away your life over a woman and another dude. You can see your little girl somehow theres ways around everything. Women arent hard to find if your a good guy. If she cheated on you anyway why go threw all the trouble of even being with her and worrying if she is going to do it again. Im a soldier and well him ******* your wife while she is married you could have got him in a **** load of trouble. Yet i guess you didnt know and if you had anyway to prove it then go for it. Personally i think its ****** up on his part. But if you came in the states illegally then you should be deported.

Wait it out. Revenge truly is a dish best served cold.
You have been treated badly by them both.
She is easily influenced and cannot be trusted to stay in your corner.
The best revenge is to get the child; and raise it well.
You said it is your angel girl, so you raise your angel girl. Your government should be happy to help you against the USA in your custody fight, we are not favorites in the world because we have more than our share of idiots, thank you veterans who made it possible for me to say that. Remember the Cuban boy? You might expose all they have done in your fight for your child. It could get that famous, your treatment has been atrocious.
But definitely, sit on it a minute. Get over being full of rage and being mad. Then you will be able to plot your revenge with a cold clear heart and mind.
She is not to be trusted anymore than he can be. She may not want to be on his side, but she has been.
Travis had a point, soldiers can't sleep with other men's wives. They get in trouble at work, sometimes even Leavenworth prison. Can you still use this? Or is it too late?
I wish you healing from your pain, and luck with your mission.
Relax it out first, so you don't make any mistakes. You only get one shot at it to do it right.

Despite your feelings for her, it seems she has been unhappy with your relationship for some time, beginning with the affair. Whether she was influenced or not, she has decided to go with the other man and now she has to work out the problems in her new relationship without you.
If you still truly LOVE her, you would not want to make her life more miserable by taking revenge or causing additional damage.
Take some time out to deal with your hurt feelings and anger. These are a poison which will hurt your chances with the next person you find, which I hope for you will be more emotionally stable. You need to be calm and stable for that next person.

wow dude.. doesn't sound like a good situation for anyone and sorry but she doesn't sound too stable upstairs if you know what i mean. Order a paternity test then see what your rights are. Try your hardest to take care of the little girl and if you can't do anything you have already lost everything.. except your freedom and chance at finding another looney in the future. Who knows? If you dont kill him & stay outta jail, there could be any number of backstabbing, unfaithful, unstable women out there for you.

I would fight the battle, get dna tests done and if it turns out to be your child take it to court and make him pay the fees when you win and ask for custordy of the child if you can win the case and also go for reperation for the event that took place of your child being stolen from you.I doubt though that you will be re-united with the childs mother though which would end up you being a solo farther

Okay, look all i can say is that i know that you are hurt and you feel like doing anything but stay calm. So she left you for another man; well obviously she is not worth crying over for. Just try to stay away untill you can fix our own problem. then talk to her. Get your child back. dont do anything crazy, that could cause you to lose your child and what you want is revenge of him not your x wife and you have to think the things slowly and calmly, thats what i think.

Are you incapable of having more children?
He's in the Army...his life will be sporadic between home and then off to duty...in that time...you can get a paternity test done to prove who the father is...
In the meantime...it takes two people to have a disagreement...so she shares some burdon of responsibility.
She makes her own choices.
Just as you do.
You can ascertain paternal rights...
You can find someone who "chooses" you and only
you... have more little angels and a very happy life...
That would be your choice as well.
Best of luck to you.

Violence will only bring an end to the chance you have of living a life with her and your child. She is too easily influenced. She needs to make a decision about who she wants to be with and who she wants to raise this child. She sounds more unstable. Consult a lawyer that could possible help you resolve custody issue. Wife needs to decide where she is going to be, who she is going to be with. Don't forget about your daughter, though. "Fight" for them fairly if you want them in your life.
