I would say that the answer F Brasilia is correct!
Rio de Janeiro was the capital of Brasil, but it isn't any more. Brasilian government has changed the capital from Rio da Janeiro to Brasilia, because they faced (and they still do) a number of problems about population. A very large percentage of Brasilians live along the coast of Brasil (one of the cities along the coast is Rio) so in order to settle the population throught the whole land, they had to change the capital. But that decision afects Amazon forest, which is being destroyed even more, because of that.

They built a Capital and it's called Brasilia but officially, I believe it is Sao Paulo.

Actually, it has 2 capitals, and the official one is none of the above. Brasilia was created in the 20th century to be as modern as possible. The problem is, it was built out in the middle of nowhere.
