I was unlucky! I got them when I was eight. By nine I was a full C cup and by thirteen I was a DD. It is so hard to find cute bras! I go to the store and almost every bra manufacturer assumes that if your a larger cup size then you must be big everywhere which is not true at all. There are tons of bras for women that have a 40" or higher band size but it's hard to find one for a 36". This is also a pain when looking for lingerie.

I got them later than all the other girls when I was a teenager, and I hated that. It's different for each person. Some get them as young as 8 years old, other don't get them until they are 16.
