Hi,
it depends where you go but a good estimate for one that small should be between $40.00-$50.00. You don't want to go too cheap, you'll have it for the rest of your life.
The one on my shoulder was $250.00 and the one on my lower back was $75.00. Done at 2 different places. The $250.00 was a lot but the detail is amazing.

It depends on the kind of tattoo you want. moreover it costs as much as the size you can make.

depending in what state and city your in rates differ between owners. do some research. do you have your own design or will you be using what they provide? will it be black or in color? answer these questions and go to a totoo shop.
