No max, but your employer has to do everything possible to make you comfortable eg..fans, cool water available, regular breaks, ventilation, all those things and more.
Have a look on the unison website - that gives all the details about employers' responsibilities during hot weather.

No, there's not. 16 degrees C is the lower limit, but there's no legally defined upper limit.

it depends on demographics. african aboriginals are used to working at high temperatures where scandinavians can start complaining when mercury rises well above 25 deg. celcius. but for normal offices, the temperature stands between 24 deg. cencius to 27 deg. celcius (called room temperature at Standard Pressure)

No maximum temperature under the Act that covers Offices and Factories, only a minimum temperature.....not sure about any other statute......

No minimum tho'

I think that here it is not statutory but is advised at about 35

No mate, i work in a foundry an it was 44 degrees yesterday at my station, two lads have collapsed this week, but thats life!

i been asking this same question.apparently no max temp.i suffering 2 in a factory.funny how the offices are kept nice and cool tho!

No, there is no legal limit in the UK.

There are various European and World guidelines (about 24º is it?), but they are generally unrealistic without air conditioning.

Not yet but they are trying to bring one in. There is a minimum tho. Not much help currently, I know.
