Did you intend to use a comparative? Did you mean to ask, "Why are the girls nicer than the boys?"
If so, the answer is obvious: girls are nicer to boys than boys are to one another, because Mother Nature planned it that way. She favors romance and the making of babies. But among boys, Nature approves of competition, not camaraderie, under most circumstances. Fighting over the girls, most likely. The camaraderie that makes for a good army or hunting party is a secondary consideration.
