Click onto responder's name and take it from there.But I don't think there is a chat service in here.
Or you can do it by editing the question you have asked.

Are you talking about responding to one of the answers that someone gave? If so, I think you can just click on the "edit" button under your question.

click on the link of the questions and there is a button answer this question (it's blue and when you are with the mouse over it it's green) just press it and write your answer in the text area "Your answer", press preview on bottom of the page and them submit.

do the same as asking
jus kinding at the bottom of the question ther s a blue button press it another page appears write yo answer then go down ,then press the one writen preview ,and then submit
