You can just search on here to find out anything to do with cholesterol.I had a very high result a few weeks ago and i looked up a lot on here and i found it very helpful.And some people say its cos we are fat we have high cholesterol but it isn't,its hereditary,so ifs its in the family then that's why.I diet all the time and eat no fat and my result was high.Good luck
