I'd love to hear from women in the same situation and how they are coping.

Hi sweetheart, I have lymphoma but a friend of mine has stage 3 breast cancer, she is having treatment of chemo and radiotheraphy and is hoping to make a full recovery.
It is a major shock but catching this so early gives you the very best prognosis. I fully understand how you feel but try and feel lucky that its in its early stages, keep positive and rely on your friends and family for support. I wish you all the luck in the world - Im having facials or one treat thing once a week to keep my spirits up - even if its a nice walk or lunch with a friend xxxxxx

I am not a cancer survivor, I am not an expert doctor, I am not a priest. I just want to wish you well as much as anyone can who knows nothing of what your going through.
I hope you find whatever answers you are looking for. But I suspect you are already finding them from the people who love you and from mostly within yourself.
Fight for life its worth it! Best wishes.

I am sorry. This thing is becoming common any ways it is good if it is not spreaded. One of my relatives have also the same problem the Dr's also told her that it hasn't spreaded yet and they cut the infected one out because otherwise it will spread to the whole body but unfortunately after cutting it they found out that it has already spreaded in her body and now she is on radiotherapy treatment.
Any ways do not be very much disapointed just pray the one who made you (Created you) knows how to deal with it.
Best of lucks!!!!!!!!

Who knows why some are chosen to experience cancer, or anything else really, but the only ones who truly understand are those who have been through it, I haven't, but from what I have seen it makes them better people and they appreciate life more! Look for a local cancer support group, which will give you help and practical support, and probably "TLC" - (tender loving care!) A positive attitude makes all the difference, and trust the experts.

I haven't been through this myself but I think it is good that you are discussing it here and asking for help and support. THis shows that you are dealing with the news quite early on and will hopefully help you to get in the right mindset for your treatment.

The fact that it hasn't spread is good because it isn't taking over your body. The doctors only have to deal with it in one place.

I think we all admire you for coming on here and talking about it so early on. I wish you all the best!

Many people think brest cancer is the end.It is not so.It is curable and surgical removal is best. You can have even artifical implant or brests.Brest alone is not beauty. It is the overall personality that counts.Be happy and have treatment.I have seen many people happy after surgery and succesful in life and as good mothers.

Be brave. My aunt had it about 2 years ago, and we were all scared out of our wits. However, its was caught early enough, and thankfully, after chemo she is now fine. She says the key to getting better was to stay positive. I know that's easy for me to say, but it seemed to work for her. Gather all the info you can, then fight it head on. Good luck my friend, and remember STAY STRONG. xxx
