What if a civilian from Lebanon - Israeli Army killed his family- decided to take his raving from Israel and/or USA who is supporting Israel. Will we consider him a terrorist?

OK to all those who say he is just a murderer...What if we say he takes up arms with the Lebanese army ( already agreed, even by Israel, as NOT a terrorist organization) to fight any aggressors to the sovereignty of his country? Is he then a terrorists?
Or,
What if, by this example, the Israeli army tries to invade his home, he has nothing to do with any terrorist group, and he defends his home...in fear for his life as we already knows the Israeli army kills indiscriminately (they've already killed his innocent family). In protecting his home he kills several Israeli troops. Is he then a terrorist.
My point is where do you draw the line...Is the simple fact that they live in the same country as a non government supported terrorist group enough to convict him of their crimes? If you live next to a pedophile can you be held accountable for his crimes? What chance did Israel give the Lebanese government to get their soldiers freed?

No He cannot be a terrorist, We all have to fight against the people who agresses our country our family and our relegion, he can be Mujahed.
Terrorism is what isreal is doing but u know anyone who has USA back cannot be terrorist even if attacks others and kills inncient people, but the people who are not supported by USA are Terrorist even if they defend their home and country.

A terrorist is a one who have no policy or plan for peace. He kills civilians who are not part in any wars. A terrorist have no just cause he is fighting for no one but himself.

I would consider him a murderer...not a terrorist.

no... he's a plain murderous person... first of all that civilian would have not been killed if he had distanced himself from the targets of Israel.. the Hezbollah terrorists.. or was he made a cowardly cover by this terrorists?.. if his family was killed because htey were made to be a pawn by the Hezbollah... then i thinks he has to kill the Hezbollah terrorists not the Israilis.. they're the reason why his family was killed... First off US is not "supporting" Isreal, we simply dont care what they do, we actually are "supporting" Lebonon with our food and humanitary aid we ship in everyday, we also offered to help re-build Lebonon not Isreal. 2nd, yes the man would be killed as a terrorist.
